A Resource Library for Rural and Small Town Churches

The Empower & Equip Resource Library has been created through the generosity of Lilly Endowment Inc. to provide helpful resources for Churches of Christ in rural and small town areas of the United States. The Resource Library is designed by the Siburt Institute for Church Ministry at Abilene Christian University in partnership with Pepperdine University and other national partner organizations.
